Build prompt

prompt.txt
Build an internal tool for my team: "Customer Feedback Inbox".

The problem: Customer feedback is scattered across email, calls and support tickets.
Who uses it: a team of 3–50 people.

What it should do:
- Feedback: Who said it, what they said, where it came from, and how much they pay.
- Theme & votes: Tag each item with a theme; themes rank by count and revenue.
- Send to product: Promote a theme into a request with all the evidence attached.
- Close the loop: When it ships, see exactly which customers to tell.

Data:
- Feedback { customer, account_value, source, quote, theme_id, received_at }
- Theme { name, status, owner }

Constraints:
- Built for one team inside one company. Simple sign-in (or none), no billing, no multi-tenant setup.
- Fast, calm and obvious enough that teammates need zero training.
- Data must persist and be shared across the team.
- Ship the simplest version that works, then tell me what you'd add next.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit or Type.
