Hiring Pipeline

Build an internal tool for my team: "Hiring Pipeline".

The problem: We're hiring for three roles and tracking candidates in a spreadsheet.
Who uses it: a team of 5–75 people.

What it should do:
- Stages: Applied, screen, interview and offer, editable per role.
- Candidates: Name, CV link, source and the interviewers' scorecards.
- Move forward: Drag to the next stage; the right people are notified to schedule.
- Scorecards: The same questions for every candidate, so decisions are fair and fast.

Data:
- Role { title, hiring_manager, stages[] }
- Candidate { name, email, role_id, stage, source, cv_url }
- Scorecard { candidate_id, interviewer, scores{}, recommendation, notes }

Constraints:
- Built for one team inside one company. Simple sign-in (or none), no billing, no multi-tenant setup.
- Fast, calm and obvious enough that teammates need zero training.
- Data must persist and be shared across the team.
- Ship the simplest version that works, then tell me what you'd add next.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit or Type.
